Our role as an intermediary

Professional coach hire services throughout Switzerland for sightseeing tours, airport transfers, corporate travel, schools, events, weddings and private group transportation. is a booking service. We take down your trip, ask coach and chauffeur-car companies that are admitted to commercial road passenger transport and insured for quotes, and place the trip with the partner operator whose quote you accept. We are not a transport company: we own no vehicles and employ no drivers. The partner operator provides the vehicle and the driver and carries out the transport under its own responsibility.

We are not a tour operator. We arrange transport services, not package travel within the meaning of the Federal Act on Package Travel.

Quotes

A quote covers the vehicle, the driver and the trip as you asked for it. It states what is included, how long it is valid and which cancellation terms apply. Parking, charges, tunnels or car-carrying trains, ferries and access fees are shown on the quote when they apply. If the trip changes after the quote, the price can change; we tell you before anything is charged.

Booking and payment

A booking is binding only once we confirm it to you in writing after you accept the quote. Nothing is charged before you accept. Card and PayPal payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal; we do not store full card numbers.

Changes and cancellation

Cancellation terms depend on the partner operator and the vehicle and are written on your quote before you pay. To change or cancel, contact us as early as you can using the details in your confirmation.

Swiss law has no general right of withdrawal for contracts concluded online. The right of withdrawal for doorstep sales and similar contracts (Art. 40a ff. of the Code of Obligations, CO) does not apply where you expressly asked for the contract negotiations (Art. 40c(a) CO), for example by requesting a quote. The cancellation terms on your quote apply.

What we need from you

Please give correct addresses, times, flight, train or boat details and passenger numbers, and tell us in advance about wheelchairs, child seats, skis or bulky luggage. Passengers follow the driver's safety instructions and the law, including wearing seat belts where they are fitted. The driver must keep to the rules on working, driving and rest time, which also set how long a travel day can be.

Responsibility for the trip

The partner operator is responsible for the vehicle, the driver and carrying out the trip safely. We are responsible for placing and handling your booking with care. Any mandatory rights you have as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law, jurisdiction and changes

Swiss law applies, in particular the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO). The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the operator of this site. If you are a consumer, you may also sue at the court of your own domicile, and you cannot waive that statutory place of jurisdiction in advance (Art. 32 and 35 of the Civil Procedure Code).

We may change these terms. A booking is governed by the version on this page when you accepted the quote.
