Four Airports, Four Places for the Coach to Stop
No coach waits at the terminal door. Each airport sends coaches to its own place, and one of the four is in France. Read the airport page before you tell the group where to go.
Where the coach stops
At Zurich the coach loads at the bus station's stand R and waits at P12-300 until the group is through. At Geneva the only pick-up for professional transport is P6, the Gare routière at Arrivals; nobody is collected at Kiss & Fly.
EuroAirport lies in France. Groups bound for Basel leave by the Swiss exit, and the coach comes up the customs road from Basel and waits on the Swiss side. Bern's timetable is mostly seasonal holiday flights, and the airport sets out no rules for coaches, so check the flight first.
What organisers ask us
What do you need for a pickup?
The flight number, the arrival time, the number of passengers and their bags. Bulky items such as skis or bikes can change the vehicle.
Where do we meet the driver?
None of the four airports publishes a group meeting point. One is agreed with the operator when you book, and you pass it on to the group.
Can a car with a chauffeur use the coach stops?
Not at Geneva, where P6 does not admit vehicles under 2 m with up to 9 seats; the car uses the VTC area or a car park. At Zurich it waits at P12-100 with a limousine-service permit.
