We Book the Coach; a Swiss Operator Drives It
This site arranges coach hire with a driver for groups travelling in Switzerland. There are no vehicles of our own. Every trip is run by a partner operator that brings the coach, the driver and the permits for the job.
Who does what
Our part is the booking. We read the request, check it against the rules for the places on the route, find a partner with a suitable vehicle on that date, send the quote and confirm. Any change before the trip goes through us.
The operator's part is the trip. It supplies and maintains the vehicle, employs and schedules the driver, insures the journey and keeps to the working-time rules. On the day, the driver decides what is safe on the road.
Who we write for
The teacher planning a Schulreise or a Klassenlager. The president of a Verein arranging the annual outing. The person in the office who was handed the Firmenausflug. The choir secretary with a concert in another canton. The tour leader with a group from abroad. Most of them book a coach once or twice a year and need the practical answers quickly.
Why the pages read like checklists
A coach plan in Switzerland is decided by details: a voucher in Lucerne, a car-free village, a pass that closes for the winter, a car train with a seat limit. Our town, airport, pier and event pages set those details out. They come from cantons, cities, federal offices, railways and venues. Rules change, so the operator checks them again before the trip.
Swiss partners for Swiss trips
An EU-based coach operator is not allowed to carry passengers between two places inside Switzerland. That is why trips within the country go to partners based here. When a group arrives from abroad on its own coach, we can book the Swiss legs to run alongside it.
What organisers ask us
Do you have coaches of your own?
No. Every vehicle and every driver comes from a partner operator. We choose the partner to suit the trip.
Is there a price list?
No. Each trip is quoted on its own route, date and vehicle, and no amounts appear anywhere on this site.
Do you sell tickets for trains, boats or events?
No. We book the road transport only. Panoramic-train seats, boat tickets and event entry are bought from the railway, the shipping company or the organiser.
