A Coach and Driver for Your Group, Anywhere in Switzerland
You know where the group needs to go. We find the coach that can get it there. A Swiss partner operator supplies the Reisecar and the driver, and we handle the booking from your first message to the ride home.
We book, the operator drives
We are a booking service, not a coach company. We read your plan, take it to a partner operator, send you the quote and confirm the booking. The operator owns the coach, employs the driver and is responsible for the trip on the road.
Carrying paying groups of more than eight passengers is licensed work. The coach company is admitted by the Federal Office of Transport (BAV), and the person at the wheel of a full-size coach has a category D licence plus the CZV qualification.

Start with a full-size coach
For 45 to 57 people the Reisecar is the usual choice, with the cases stowed in holds under the floor. A midi coach takes 25 to 35 and copes better with village streets and small hotel forecourts. Below that come a Kleinbus for 9 to 16 passengers and a car with a chauffeur for up to 8. Groups with wheelchair users travel in an accessible minibus, on its own or beside a coach.
What changes a Swiss coach plan
Car-free resorts. No coach drives into Zermatt, Saas-Fee, Wengen or Mürren. For Zermatt the coach stops at Täsch, and the last stretch is by shuttle train. For Wengen the road ends at Lauterbrunnen or Grindelwald Terminal.
Town rules. Lucerne's three central coach stops work only with a voucher reserved online in advance and tied to one number plate. Day-trip coaches may not enter St. Moritz Dorf. In Interlaken passengers get on and off only beside the two stations, for five minutes at most.
Mountain roads. The Grimsel, Furka and Susten close in winter. Buses with more than 22 seats are refused on the Lötschberg car train, so a full-size coach heading for the Valais goes round by road. In Graubünden, the Vereina tunnel train carries coaches all year.
Foreign coaches. An EU coach can cross into Switzerland with its group and leave with it again. Driving that group from one Swiss town to another is cabotage, and it is not allowed. Domestic legs go to a Swiss-based partner.
Long days and the driver's hours
Under ARV 1 a coach driver has 9 hours at the wheel per day, 10 on two days a week, and a 45-minute break is due after 4.5 hours. In winter, Zurich Airport to Täsch takes about five and a half hours by coach, because the direct route over the Furka is closed. A day like that may need a second driver or a night away. Dawn starts and late returns are fine, since the Sunday and night ban leaves passenger vehicles out.
One quote per trip
There is no price list. Each quote is worked out from the date, the hours, the kilometres and the vehicle. It names the vehicle, the seat count and the operator's cancellation terms. Coaches pay the heavy vehicle fee (PSVA); anything up to 3.5 t needs the motorway vignette. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
What organisers ask us
Can a trip start outside the 20 places on this site?
Yes. Send the pickup address. A coach can set off from any Swiss village with room to turn.
Can the coach take us across the border?
Yes. A Swiss coach may take the group to Annecy, Lake Como or Lake Constance and bring it back. Cross-border trips are allowed both ways.
Who is in charge on the day?
The driver runs the day on the road. Changes to the booking, before or after the trip, come to us.
